Shipping Policy
Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Options & Charges:

At checkout, you may choose Charged Delivery or Self Pickup.

Delivery charges will be calculated based on your provided firm address and location, and will be communicated to you after order placement.

Upon your confirmation of the delivery charges, only the delivery charges (DC) will be collected in cash at the time of delivery. The product payment must be completed as per our payment process (see below).

Delivery will be scheduled immediately after your confirmation of delivery charges.
Warranty Policy
Coverage:

All inverters and batteries come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty of 5 or 7 years, depending on the product.

Warranty details for each item are mentioned in the product description.

Some manufacturers offer replacement or repair, while others offer repair only.
What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects as outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty terms & conditions.
What’s Not Covered:

Damages from improper installation, misuse, or product modification

Accidental damage, fire, or water exposure
-
Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery capacity degradation)
-
External damages (e.g., power surges, lightning)
How to Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please email info@sticintl.com with:

Invoice or Order Number

Warranty Card (if provided) & Product Serial Number

Description of the issue
Note: Return shipping is not covered under warranty. Customers are responsible for delivering the product to our location. Warranty does not cover incidental, indirect, or consequential losses.
Payment Policy

Full payment for products is required at the time of order placement.

Once your order is received, our bank account details will be provided.

Share your payment receipt via WhatsApp to confirm your transaction.

Your order will be confirmed only after bank verification of your payment.
Note: Only the delivery charges (DC) are paid in cash at the time of delivery. Product payments are not collected on delivery.
Order Confirmation & Modifications
Confirmation: Once your payment is verified, you’ll receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message with complete details and your receipt.
Modifications or Cancellations:

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

To request changes, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your Order/Invoice Number.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 7–15 business days to process.
